By accessing or using Award Flight Monitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
Award Flight Monitor is an automated flight searching tool. We proactively scan airline partner availability based on user-defined parameters. We do not guarantee the availability, price, or booking success of any flight found on our platform.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe portal. Payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including altering the frequency of flight checks) at any time, with or without notice. Because our Service relies on third-party airline data structures, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable to you or any third party if we are forced to permanently shut down or if the Service experiences extended outages.
In no event shall Award Flight Monitor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
